A gravitational non-radiative memory effect

We revisit the issue of memory effects, i.e. effects giving rise to a net cumulative change configuration test particles, using toy model describing emission radiation by compact source and focusing on scalar, hence non-radiative, part Riemann curvature. Motivated well known fact that gravitational is accompanied effect, permanent displacement relative separation present after has passed, we investigate existence an analog effect in non-radiative field. While quadrupole higher multipoles undergo oscillations responsible for radiation, energy, momentum angular are conserved charges undergoing non-oscillatory due emission. show how re-arrangement produce time-dependent scalar potentials which induce time variation curvature tensor. As result, general grounds velocity appears, depending inverse square distance observer from source, thus making it almost impossible observe, as shown comparison planned detector noise spectral densities.
